Nous sommes a la recherche dun(e) professionnel(le) experimente(e) en ressources humaines pour se joindre a lequipe des services specialises au sein de lorganisation des Services aux employes. Dans ce role, vous contribuerez a la prestation de services RH de haute qualite en dirigeant des initiatives de transition de processus, en soutenant des processus RH complexes et en favorisant lamelioration continue dans un modele de services partages a lechelle mondiale.
Ce poste se situe a lintersection des operations RH, de la prestation de services et de lexcellence des processus. La personne retenue collaborera etroitement avec les partenaires daffaires RH, les centres dexpertise, les gestionnaires et les employes afin dassurer des services RH efficaces, standardises et de grande qualite.
Ce role requiert une personne proactive, orientee vers les solutions, qui evolue bien dans un environnement dynamique et qui est motivee a ameliorer continuellement les processus, optimiser la prestation de services et renforcer lexperience employe.
Le poste est a temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles a Longueuil et seffectue exclusivement en presentiel.
A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
Diriger la transition des processus RH des equipes RH des unites daffaires vers les Services aux employes (services partages), incluant la definition du perimetre, la documentation des processus, la coordination du transfert de connaissances et le soutien a la stabilisation des services.
Identifier des occasions de simplification, de standardisation et doptimisation des processus RH, en alignement avec les principes CORE et damelioration continue.
Fournir un soutien operationnel RH specialise et des conseils aux gestionnaires, aux employes et aux parties prenantes RH concernant des processus et politiques complexes.
Agir a titre dexpert(e) de contenu en matiere de politiques, procedures et pratiques operationnelles RH au sein des Services aux employes.
Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance et les ententes de niveau de service (SLA) afin dassurer une prestation constante et de haute qualite, et identifier des pistes damelioration.
Appliquer les outils et methodologies CORE pour soutenir lamelioration des processus, eliminer les inefficacites et renforcer la performance operationnelle.
Contribuer a instaurer une culture damelioration continue, dexcellence operationnelle et de service axe sur le client.
Assurer la conformite aux politiques corporatives ainsi quaux exigences applicables en matiere de protection des donnees et de confidentialite.
Quest-ce quil vous faut pour reussir?
Experience en ressources humaines, idealement en operations RH ou dans un environnement de services partages.
Experience en soutien de projets lies a la transition de processus, a lamelioration operationnelle ou a des initiatives de changement.
Bonne comprehension des modeles de prestation de services et des pratiques damelioration continue.
Excellentes habiletes en gestion des parties prenantes et en developpement de relations.
Solides capacites danalyse et de resolution de problemes.
Excellentes competences organisationnelles et capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites dans un environnement dynamique.
Capacite a travailler en collaboration dans un environnement dequipe et a travers differentes fonctions organisationnelles.
Ce poste sinscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, neanmoins il necessite une tres bonne connaissance de langlais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent emaner dorganisations internationales, ainsi que pour ecrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collegues internationaux.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join the Specialized Services teamwithin the People Services organization. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality HR services by leading process transition initiatives, supporting complex HR processes, and driving continuous improvement within the Shared Services model globally.
This position operates at the intersection of HR operations, service delivery, and process excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, managers, and employees to ensure efficient, standardized, and high-quality HR services.
This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to continuously improve processes, enhance service delivery, and strengthen the overall employee experience.
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil , and performed exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Lead the transition of HR processes from Business Unit HR teams to the People Services (Shared Services), including defining scope, documenting processes, coordinating knowledge transfer, and supporting service stabilization.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize HR processes in alignment with CORE and continuous improvement principles.
Provide specialized HR operational support and guidance to managers, employees, and HR stakeholders on complex HR processes and policies.
Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and operational practices within People Services.
Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service and identify improvement opportunities.
Apply CORE tools and methodologies to support process improvements, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen operational performance.
Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer-focused service delivery.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable data protection and privacy requirements.
What do you need to be successful?
Experience in Human Resources, preferably within HR Operations or a Shared Services environment.
Experience supporting projects related to process transitions, operational improvements, or change initiatives.
Strong understanding of service delivery models and continuous improvement practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and across organizational boundaries.
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
