Dans ce poste, vous contribuerez a la prestation de services RH de haute qualite en menant des initiatives de transition des processus, en soutenant des processus RH complexes et en favorisant l'amelioration continue.

Responsabilites principales
* Diriger la transition des processus RH, notamment en definissant la portee, en documentant les processus, en coordonnant le transfert des connaissances et en soutenant la stabilisation des services.
* Identifier les opportunites de simplification, de standardisation et d"optimisation des processus RH, conformement aux principes CORE et d"amelioration continue.
* Fournir un soutien operationnel specialise en RH et des conseils aux managers, aux employes et aux parties prenantes RH sur les processus et politiques RH complexes.
* Agir en tant qu"expert en matiere de politiques, de procedures et de pratiques operationnelles RH
* Surveiller et analyser les indicateurs de prestation de services et les accords de niveau de service (SLA) afin de garantir un service coherent et de haute qualite et d'identifier les opportunites d'amelioration.
* Appliquer les outils et methodologies CORE pour soutenir l'amelioration des processus, eliminer les inefficacites et renforcer la performance operationnelle.
* Contribuer a l'instauration d'une culture d'amelioration continue, d'excellence operationnelle et de prestation de services axee sur le client.
* Veiller au respect des politiques d'entreprise et des exigences applicables en matiere de protection des donnees et de confidentialite.

Qualifications
* Experience dans le domaine des ressources humaines, de preference au sein d"un service des ressources humaines ou d"un environnement de services partages.
* Experience dans le soutien de projets lies a la transition des processus, a l"amelioration operationnelle ou a des initiatives de changement.
* Excellente comprehension des modeles de prestation de services et des pratiques d"amelioration continue.
* Excellentes competences en matiere de gestion des parties prenantes et de creation de relations.
* Solides capacites d"analyse et de resolution de problemes.
* Solides competences organisationnelles et capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites dans un environnement dynamique.
* Capacite a travailler en collaboration dans un environnement axe sur le travail d'equipe et au-dela des frontieres organisationnelles.
* Une maitrise professionnelle de l'anglais et du francais (a l'ecrit et a l'oral) est requise.

In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality HR services by leading process transition initiatives, supporting complex HR processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead the transition of HR processes, including defining scope, documenting processes, coordinating knowledge transfer, and supporting service stabilization.
*Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize HR processes in alignment with CORE and continuous improvement principles.
*Provide specialized HR operational support and guidance to managers, employees, and HR stakeholders on complex HR processes and policies.
*Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and operational practices
*Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service and identify improvement opportunities.
*Apply CORE tools and methodologies to support process improvements, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen operational performance.
*Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer-focused service delivery.
*Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable data protection and privacy requirements.

Qualifications
*Experience in Human Resources, preferably within HR Operations or a Shared Services environment.
*Experience supporting projects related to process transitions, operational improvements, or change initiatives.
*Strong understanding of service delivery models and continuous improvement practices.
*Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
*Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and across organizational boundaries.
*Professional proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal) is required.
