A titre de Recruteur(trice) principal(e) au sein de lequipe Early Careers, vous serez responsable de lensemble du processus de recrutement pour les stages et programmes coop au Canada, pour des postes techniques, en design de jeux et en art. Vous collaborerez etroitement avec les gestionnaires dembauche, les leaders daffaires et les RH afin dorienter les decisions dembauche, de gerer les operations de recrutement et doffrir une experience candidat positive a grande echelle. En plus de lexecution, vous utiliserez les donnees et les analyses pour influencer lamelioration des processus et soutenir le succes a long terme des programmes de debut de carriere. Ce poste exige de solides competences en gestion des parties prenantes, de ladaptabilite ainsi que la capacite de concilier reflexion strategique et rigueur operationnelle dans un environnement en constante evolution.

Teletravail : Ce poste devrait debuter et se poursuivre en mode teletravail, base au Canada (province de Quebec preferee).

  • Diriger lensemble du processus de recrutement pour les stages/programmes coop destines aux equipes techniques, de design de jeux et dart basees au Canada

  • Rediger les descriptions de poste, obtenir les approbations via le systeme ATS de lentreprise et publier les requisitions

  • Gerer les donnees de recrutement en maintenant les pipelines de candidats, les etapes du processus et les suivis destines aux equipes

  • Superviser le flux de travail des candidats et les communications dans le CRM, lATS et les plateformes devenements afin dassurer transparence et collaboration

  • Offrir une experience candidat exceptionnelle grace a des communications reflechies et rapides par courriel, telephone et videoconference

  • Agir a titre de principal point de contact, conseiller(ere) et expert(e) pour les gestionnaires, leaders daffaires et partenaires RH concernant le recrutement universitaire et les programmes de stages

  • Collaborer avec les operations RH afin dassurer une integration fluide et conforme des nouvelles recrues

  • Utiliser des donnees qualitatives et quantitatives pour orienter la strategie de recrutement et ameliorer les processus

  • Agir comme conseiller(ere) strategique en influencant les leaders, les RH et les gestionnaires a adopter des pratiques dembauche plus efficaces

  • Mettre en uvre les objectifs de recrutement avec un souci defficacite et de scalabilite

  • Soutenir les evenements scolaires et conferences

  • Assumer toute autre tache ou projet special au besoin

Exigences minimales
  • Plus de 4 ans dexperience en recrutement technique de cycle complet, incluant la gestion des requisitions de louverture jusqua lembauche

  • Maitrise avancee du francais et de langlais, avec capacite a mener des echanges professionnels et a produire des documents ecrits dans les deux langues

  • Experience demontree en recrutement universitaire ou de talents en debut de carriere a haut volume

  • Bonne comprehension des processus de recrutement universitaire et connaissance des etablissements academiques, y compris des contraintes des facultes et des etudiants

  • Capacite eprouvee a gerer les donnees de recrutement, les pipelines de candidats et les flux de travail a laide dATS, CRM et autres technologies de recrutement

  • Experience dans lutilisation de donnees qualitatives et quantitatives pour guider les decisions, ameliorer les processus et optimiser les resultats

  • Capacite demontree a planifier, coordonner et executer des evenements de 30 a 300 participants

  • Solides aptitudes techniques et utilisation demontree doutils et systemes de recrutement pour gagner en efficacite et en portee

  • Excellentes competences organisationnelles et souci du detail, avec la capacite de gerer plusieurs priorites simultanement

The Early Careers team builds and delivers global programs that engage, recruit, and hire students and early-in-career talent. Partnering closely with hiring managers and leaders, the team manages early career recruiting and programming, creating inclusive, high-quality experiences that develop future talent and support long-term business needs.

As a Senior Recruiter on the Early Careers team, you will own the end-to-end internship and co-op recruiting process for Canada based technical, game design, and art roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to guide hiring decisions, manage recruiting operations, and deliver a positive candidate experience at scale. In addition to execution, you will use data and insight to influence process improvements and support the long-term success of early career programs. This role requires strong stakeholder partnership, adaptability, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational rigor in a fast-paced environment.

Remote: This role is expected to begin and continue as a remote position based in Canada (Quebec Province preferred)

What You Bring to the Table:
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the full cycle internship/co-op recruitment process for Canada based technical, game design, and art teams

  • Create job descriptions, secure role approvals through the company ATS, and post requisitions

  • Manage recruiting data by maintaining candidate pipelines, process steps, and teamfacing trackers

  • Oversee candidate workflow and communications across CRM, ATS, and event platforms to ensure transparency and collaboration

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful, timely communication via email, phone, and video

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, advisor, and subject matter expert for hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners on university recruiting and internship programs

  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new hires

  • Apply qualitative and quantitative insights to inform recruiting strategy and drive process improvements

  • Act as a consultative advisor, influencing leaders, HR, and hiring managers to adopt more efficient and effective hiring practices as needed

  • Execute recruitment objectives with a focus on process efficiency and scalability

  • Support for school and conference events

  • Other assigned duties and special projects as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • 4+ years of fullcycle technical recruiting experience, including ownership of requisitions from intake through hire

  • Advanced proficiency in English and French; ability to conduct professional conversations and produce written materials in both languages

  • Demonstrated experience with highvolume university or earlycareers recruitment

  • Strong understanding of university recruiting processes and familiarity with academic institutions, including faculty and student constraints

  • Proven ability to manage recruiting data, candidate pipelines, and workflows using ATS, CRM, and related recruiting technologies

  • Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive recruiting outcomes

  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events for 30300 participants.

  • Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated use of recruiting tools and systems to improve efficiency and scale

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
