Our client, a manufacturing organization committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be an essential part of the HR support team, working closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations across the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Springfield, OR
Pay Range: $20 - $25 DOE
Shift: Day shift (8am - 5pm)
What's the Job?
- Coordinate recruiting and hiring processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities.
- Support employee relations by delivering policy communication, addressing employee questions, and acting as a liaison between staff and management.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with retention policies and audit requirements.
- Manage payroll interfaces, attendance tracking, and timekeeping to ensure accurate compensation processing.
- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave management processes.
What's Needed?
- Strong knowledge of employment practices, payroll coordination, and HR recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with diplomacy.
- Proactive approach to resolving employee issues and supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment is preferred.
