Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Automotive Painter who takes pride in their work and is committed to excellence. This role is ideal for a professional who values quality over speed, has a sharp eye for detail, and is capable of leading by example in a high-standard environment. Key Responsibilities: * Perform all aspects of automotive and RV painting, including prep, masking, priming, color matching, and finishing * Ensure all work meets our high-quality standards and maintains consistency across projects * Mix and match paint accurately, including custom and specialty finishes * Inspect completed work for imperfections and make corrections as needed * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications: * Experience with Diamont paint is a plus * 5+ years of professional automotive painting experience (RV experience a plus) * Strong knowledge of paint systems, tools, and application techniques * Proven ability to produce high-end, show-quality finishes * Ability to color match and blend seamlessly How to Apply: Please submit your resume and, if available, a portfolio of your work demonstrating your painting experience and quality standards.
