The Role

Youll own the journey from "Applicant" to "Team Member." This is a hybrid-style HR role where recruitment meets operations. While your primary focus is finding and welcoming talent, youll also gain exposure to payroll, benefits, and the inner workings of a fast-paced automotive group.

What Youll Do

  • Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to find the right fit for every role.
  • Lead the charge on screenings, background checks, and eligibilityensuring every candidate feels the "Tulley Way" from day one.
  • Own the orientation process. Youll set up new hires in our systems and lead their first day, ensuring they have the tools and training (safety, compliance, and culture) to succeed.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits processing, maintain employee records, and provide backup support across our locations when needed.
  • Act as a go-to resource for policy questions and help maintain the integrity and enthusiasm that defines our workplace.
Requirements

Who You Are

  • You have excellent communication skills and can build rapport quickly with both applicants and leadership.
  • Youre analytical, organized, and nothing slips through the cracksfrom state reporting to system setups.
  • Youre a progressive thinker who wants to learn the HR world from the ground up.
  • Youre comfortable working independently or with a team, and you dont mind traveling between our local sites to get the job done.

Requirements

  • Active Drivers License (Required for site visits).
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • A "can-do" attitudewhether you're conducting an interview or assisting at the cashier desk, you bring integrity and ingenuity to the task.
