LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in St. Louis, MO. This role manages full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, assess, and hire candidates aligned to business needs and culture, while delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: St. Louis, MO
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annual

Job Description:
- Partner with hiring managers to intake needs, define criteria, and align on selection processes.
- Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, and social/professional platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview panels, and manage feedback loops.
- Manage ATS workflows and maintain accurate candidate documentation and requisition status.
- Support offer process (comp guidance, drafting/approvals, negotiation support, close candidates).
- Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events; support employer branding.
- Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements based on trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
- Proficiency with ATS and MS Office; strong communication and organization.
- Familiarity with structured interviewing and compliance.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
