We are currently recruiting for an HR Generalist role in Winston Salem, NC! This is a fully on-site, temp to hire role that is meant to support a growing manufacturing operation. This role partners closely with plant leadership, supervisors, and employees to support daytoday HR operations in a fastpaced production environment. In this role will focus on employee relations, compliance, workforce administration, and engagement for both hourly and salaried employees.
Responsibilities:
Manage leave programs including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and leaves of absence
Support employee relations on the plant floor, including investigations, conflict resolution, and ethics concerns
Own the offboarding process, partnering with supervisors and managers
Track and audit time and attendance for hourly production employees
Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment communications
Support training and development, including apprenticeship or skillsbased programs
Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and corrective action
Coordinate employee engagement activities for the manufacturing workforce
Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS records
Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and compliance efforts
Assist recruiting efforts to support plant staffing and retention
Maintain strict confidentiality
Support international HR needs as required
Participate in HR and crossfunctional manufacturing projects
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree is preferred
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws
Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces
Proficiency with HRIS systems, timekeeping systems, and MS Office
Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills
Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
