Lyneer Staffing Solutions seeks a high-energy, outgoing, Bilingual Recruiter in the Chambersburg, PA area. In this role, you will work with the management team to identify talent, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates. This includes sourcing candidates from job boards, internal referrals, networking events, social media sites, and more. The Day-to-Day: Actively source talent by identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking events/social media sites, and referrals from other employees. Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications. Accurately describe job role requirements to identify appropriate candidates Schedule interviews & conduct in-depth orientations with new hires Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during selection. Assist with processing payroll. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Qualifications: Bilingual is required _Fluency in Spanish High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong computer skills (MS Office, applicant tracking systems, job boards) Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Pay Rate/Shifts: $55k /per yr Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Equal Opportunity Employment Lyneer Staffing Solutions is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
