Confidential HR Director

We are actively looking for an HR Director in Edison, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR leadership experience supporting large, multi-site hourly employee populations. Will manage all areas of human resources and manage a team of HR professionals. Must be able to work fully onsite. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

• Base salary 150 -175K plus bonus

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years HR leadership experience
• Prior experience working for multi-site employee population
• Prior experience supporting a large, hourly employee population
• Must be able to work on-site 5 days/week

Preferences:

• Bilingual Spanish
• Advanced degree
• Ability to travel 10% of the time
