DESCRIPTION: As an HR partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll support strategic initiatives that enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Working in a collaborative, global environment, you'll provide comprehensive HR leadership that helps shape our culture built on our 4i values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement. You'll work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that attract, develop, engage and retain talent while driving organizational effectiveness. This role is within Laboratory Products Group (LPG), supporting Laboratory Chemicals Division (LCD). This role supports a Union Manufacturing & Distribution site, prior experience working in and supporting a Union environment is required. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of HR related experience required. Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) advantageous Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices Experience in performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development Excellent consulting, coaching and collaboration skills to work effectively with leaders at all levels Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities Project management skills and ability to coordinate complex HR initiatives Strong communication and presentation abilities Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment Business acumen and strategic mindset Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools Fluent English required; additional language skills valued Problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex situations Experience building professional relationships across all organizational levels Experience in manufacturing/scientific industry preferred Ability to travel as needed to support multiple locations Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $112,500.00-$160,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
