The Human Resources Consultant I plays a key role in supporting business performance by delivering both strategic HR partnership and talent acquisition support for assigned functional areas. This position partners closely with leaders to drive recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
HR Business Partnership & Employee Relations
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
Coach managers on employee issues and team effectiveness
Analyze HR trends to develop solutions and retention strategies
Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
Build diverse candidate pipelines
Partner with hiring managers on workforce needs
Lead recruiting campaigns and outreach
Ensure a strong candidate experience
Employee Engagement & Culture
Support engagement survey action planning
Drive culture, inclusion, and retention initiatives
HR Operations & Collaboration
Partner with HR teams (TA, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation)
Ensure compliance with policies and laws
Support HR projects and improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required; HR or related field preferred
3-5 years of progressive HR experience including employee relations and recruiting
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of HR principles and employment law
Full-cycle recruiting experience
Ability to coach leaders
Strong communication and relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Data analysis and problem-solving skills
High discretion with confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
PAY RANGE: $63,256 - $98,047 annually
