Position Summary
The HR Generalist supports day-to-day administrion of human resources operions across the region, including employee relions, onboarding, compliance, staffing support, and HR policy implemention. This role serves as a key resource to employees and managers, ensuring consistent applicion of HR practices aligned with Securitas standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-reled questions from employees and supervisors.
- Support recruitment activities, including prescreening, interview coordinion, and communicion with candides.
- Administer the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documention, systems access, and compliance requirements are completed accurely.
- Assist with employee relions by documenting issues, supporting investigions, and providing guidance to managers in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain accure employee records, HRIS da, and compliance files.
- Coordine training, compliance reminders, and companywide initiives as needed.
- Participe in audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Securitas values and standards all times.
Qualificions
- 13 years of generalist, HR coordinor, or reled HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communicion skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Highly organized with strong tention to detail and time management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associe or bachelors degree in HR, Communicions, Business, or reled field preferred .
