Your mission is profound within a Pod, a small cluster of nursing centers in close proximity, you will build a culture where people stay because they feel seen, heard, and valued. You will spend 90% of your time on the front lines, driving retention initiives and reducing turnover by empowering our nursing center leaders to be the best versions of themselves.
Position Highlights
Culture Architect: Youll transle Genesis values into daily actions. You aren't just an HR consultant; youre a culture coach, helping Nursing Home Administrors (NHA) and Department Heads prioritize their greest assettheir people.
Retention Specialist: You will dive deep into turnover da to find the "why" behind the "wh," creing actionable stregies th keep our best talent within the Genesis family.
Leadership Calyst: Youll empower Pod Leaders and nursing center leadership through real-time coaching, helping them resolve conflicts the local level and build high-performing teams.
Employee Journey Expert: From the first day of employment to the continuous growth of our veterans, you ensure the employee journey is seamless, respectful, and rewarding.
Stregic Navigor: Youll bridge the gap between corpore HR policies and local nursing center needs, ensuring everything we do is equitable, compliant, andabove allhuman.
Qualificions:*Bachelors degree in Human Resources or reled field, or equivalent experience is required.
* Minimum five years of relevant HR experience, ideally in healthcare or a multi-site operional setting.
*Proven knowledge of HR disciplines including compension, employee relions, diversity, performance management, and employment law.
*PHR or SHRM certificion preferred.
