People Operations Coordinator
- Woodard Cleaning & Restoration Services
- Saint Louis, Missouri
- Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm
This isn't the kind of HR role where you sit quietly behind a desk all day waiting for tickets to come in.
At Woodard, People Operations goes beyond policies and paperwork. We support employees through the day-to-day details that keep the company running, while also looking for ways to improve processes, solve problems, and make things work better over time.
We're looking for someone who is resourceful, organized, and motivated to take ownership of their work. Someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and figuring things out.
This role includes a mix of employee support, onboarding, payroll prep, HR administration, compliance tasks (we know, not the glamorous part), and the day-to-day coordination work that keeps things moving behind the scenes.
Some days you'll help a new employee feel welcome on their first day. Other days you'll spend an hour figuring out why a form didn't save correctly in a system. Both matter here.
We work hard, move quickly, help each other constantly, and still find time to laugh during the day.
You do not need to have a perfect HR background to be successful here. We care more about finding someone who is smart, dependable, curious, and willing to learn. Some of our favorite employees came from completely different industries but had the right mindset, work ethic, and attitude.
What You'll Spend Time Doing
- Supporting employees and helping answer questions
- Coordinating onboarding and employee processes
- Keeping records, systems, and documentation organized
- Supporting payroll prep and compliance-related processes
- Helping improve day-to-day People Operations workflows over time
