Recruiter Jobs in Rhode Island

They help to streamline the hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers. Important skills for a Recruiter include excellent communication and negotiation skills, decision-making ability, and knowledge of recruitment software and databases.
