What would you do as a Senior Human Resources Partner?
You will be instrumental in shaping our employee experience, performing a variety of functions including:
- Exercise considerable judgment in making determinations and recommendations regarding classification standards, regulatory compliance, organizational policy and procedures;
- Develop and execute strategy around talent acquisition and workforce planning;
- Manage the talent acquisition process for provider, leadership and licensed professional roles, including sourcing strategy, posting, monitoring, scheduling, following up, creating offer letters, and working with hiring manager to complete the process;
- Develop and execute total reward strategy including self-funded health plan strategy and administration and other benefit and perks for employees to remain competitive in the employer market;
- Advise on organizational structure and create, review and edit job descriptions;
- Assist with the compilation of various compensation benchmarking data for organization compensation analysis;
- Analyze human resource analytics and report data including assigned metrics and ad hoc reporting requests;
- Review and recommend edits and interpret the organization's policies and people related guidelines.
Requirements
- Certifications/Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in similar role and High School Diploma/GED;
- Knowledge of:
- Detailed knowledge of human resource related Federal/State/local regulations including but not limited to Title VII and related laws, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA;
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration.
- Experience:
- Five years of experience performing human resources duties as described above;
- Interpreting complex people related laws, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines;
- Performing research, analyzing data and information and preparing reports to present findings;
- Analyzing human resource problems and recommending solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
- Human Resources Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR;
- Working knowledge of US retirement and/or benefits laws and administration.
