Kforce has a client in Lakeland, FL that is seeking a HR Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records within HR systems
- Assist with onboarding and new hire administration, including collecting new hire documentation and preparing welcome materials
- Support HR administrative functions and day-to-day operations
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Support basic leave administration processes
- Manage and triage the HR inbox, routing requests to the appropriate team members
- Ensure compliance with basic HR policies and employment law practices
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team* 2-4 years of HR coordination or HR administrative experience preferred
- Experience with Paylocity is highly preferred
- Basic understanding of HR laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Basic Excel skills required; experience with VLOOKUPs is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple administrative priorities in a fast-paced environment
