Kforce has a client in Lakeland, FL that is seeking a HR Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records within HR systems
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire administration, including collecting new hire documentation and preparing welcome materials
  • Support HR administrative functions and day-to-day operations
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Support basic leave administration processes
  • Manage and triage the HR inbox, routing requests to the appropriate team members
  • Ensure compliance with basic HR policies and employment law practices
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team* 2-4 years of HR coordination or HR administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with Paylocity is highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of HR laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Basic Excel skills required; experience with VLOOKUPs is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative priorities in a fast-paced environment
