This will be a a full time Monday to Friday in-office role.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Employee Lifecycle Management - oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, job changes, relocations, promotions, and exits in partnership with venue leadership teams.
- Employee Relations & Support - provide guidance on policy interpretation, employee related issues, and conflict resolution. Partner with leaders to foster a positive work environment and help to drive employee engagement in programs offered.
- Internal Compliance Management - conduct self-audits for all venues and ensure all literature and policies are up to date and current based on both federal and state requirements.
- Operational Excellence - Ensure accurate and timely updates to HR systems and maintain employee records. Ensure compliance with global policies and local labor regulations. Partner with Finance and Operation teams on budget planning/new system integrations.
The ideal candidate for the role will possess:
-2+ years of HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
-Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
-Interpersonal, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Job Details Host Restaurant group is looking to hire a full time HR Manager. Our growing hospitality group currently has locations in three states including New York, New Jersey, and Florida. The group is comprised of 14 different concepts and a headquarters/main office located in midtown Manhattan.This will be a a full time Monday to Friday in-office role.

Compensation: Salary ($85,000.00 - $95,000.00)
