Compensation Manager Jobs in District of Columbia

A Compensation Manager in the human resources industry is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a company's compensation strategy. They assess the organization's pay structure, analyze compensation data within the industry, ensure internal and legal pay equity, and design incentive and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
