Trainer Jobs in California
A Trainer in the human resources industry is responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs for employees. They evaluate the needs of a company, design training programs or modify existing ones according to those needs, coordinate and conduct both group and individual training sessions, track employee progress, and assess the outcomes. They should ideally carry advanced certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), or a Master Trainer Certification.
