Compensation Manager Jobs in Colorado

A Compensation Manager in the human resources industry is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a company's compensation strategy. Professional certifications like Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) are often preferred.
