A Human Resources (HR) Representative plays a vital role in the HR industry. They are responsible for managing and coordinating various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development. They are also involved in policy development and implementation, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
